Foot Soldiers on Parade.

Rows of soldiers, with rifles shouldered, are on parade in this photograph. Flags hang from buildings on each side of the street. Although the exact date and the nature of the parade are unknown, that could be the Rockford Trust Building, at the corner of W. State and Main Streets, in the background, and the look of the soldiers' uniforms suggest this may be a World War I parade.
