Description
An aerial view, depicting Rockford's east side (right) split from the west side (left) by the Rock River, shows the Barber-Colman complex highlighted in the lower left portion. Reed Chatwood, Inc. purchased the textile machinery division of Barber-Colman in July 1984. This promotional photograph was used to "introduce" this event and the Reed Chatwood Company.
