Circus wagons proceed east, passing the 400 block of West State street at the intersection with Church Street toward downtown Rockford. The Interurban rails are clearly present. Note businesses along the route: T. N. Miller, MD, at 401 W State and W. H. Keig's Bakery at 405 W. State Street.
