Kent Creek Fountain at the Illinois Central Station
Title
Kent Creek Fountain at the Illinois Central Station
Description
Kent Creek is visible in this winter view looking west at the Illinois Central Railroad station on South Main Street. The creek supplies water to the "fountain" at the center, which is spraying a light mist of water that is freezing. The depot is visible in the background. It is unclear what the fountain is being used for. This photograph appears to be part of a series that shows the fountain in different seasons and from different angles: 88.122.648, 88.122.649, 88.122.650, and 88.122.653.
