Description
This photograph was taken shortly after the Arrow launch looking north from the east side of the Rock River just north of the State Street bridge. This was the ship's maiden voyage. The Arrow would serve until she sank in 1900. Note the large crowd along the river bank. (Reference - Sinnissippi Saga, page 115.)
