Captured in this photograph after releasing a throw, Margaret Alice "Al" Deschaine (Pollitt), born July 19, 1929, called Lansing, MI home. The right-hander played third base and shortstop for the Rockford Peaches from 1947 through 1953. She was also part of the All Star Team in 1951 and '52. Margaret Alice passed away on March 15, 2016.
