Illinois American Legion Convention Parade.
With large crowds lining both sides, a train travels in the middle of the street during the Illinois American Legion Convention parade, proclaimed in the banner overhead. Among many businesses seen on the right, the sign for Owens Inc., at 112 W. State St., stands out. For another view of this same parade, see photo 76.108.8.
