This unidentified parade is moving east on E. State Street, passing in front of the East Side Inn, the building with the large arched windows. Originally the Y.M.C.A. at 104 N. Madison St., this building became the East Side Inn in 1913.

The YMCA Building, at the corner of East State and Madison Streets looking north, was occupied in 1889. The building was sold in 1906 and served as the East Side Inn for many years. (Reference - Sinnissippi Saga, page 370)
