This black and white rendering is similar to postcard 85.109(I).522 with a large white border to the right bearing the title of Rockford's City Hall, built in 1907 and located at 126 S. 1st Street. On the bottom of the front of the card, the publisher, E. C. Kropp, Milwaukee, WI., states that this card was made for H. H. Waldo, who assisted Charles A. Church with his book, Past and Present of the City of Rockford and Winnebago County, Illinois (1905).
