A black and white photograph depicting two men weighing bolts at Rockford Screw Products, screw and bolt manufacturers at 2501 9th St. The scale in the picture, which is labeled "Fairbanks Springless," has a line drawn to it where the weight has been marked at 960 lbs. In the photo's bottom right corner, "M107" has been written in pen. On a front side panel, Carl Severin has been identified as the man on the right. On the back is penciled, "Bolt Department. Weighing bolts - finished products."
