Fans are pictured outside the entrance to Beyer Stadium, a football field with a running track around it that was known as the "Peach Orchard," located at 245 15th Avenue in Rockford IL. From 1943 to 1954, this was the "Home of the Peaches," Rockford's All-American Girls Professional Baseball League team.
