Description
After an emergency landing of their airplane, the "Greater Rockford," on a Greenland ice cap, pilots Bert Hassell and Parker "Shorty" Cramer return to a heroes' welcome. As they ride in a car followed by a marching band, this parade is in their honor. This photograph is part of a collection of photo proofs.
